• Trip sign-ups: name, email and whatever else you choose to fill in (phone, age, experience, message), to arrange the trip with you. Kept for up to two years, then deleted automatically.
• Contact messages: name, email and your message (phone and subject if you add them), to answer you. Kept for up to one year, then deleted automatically.
• Donations: the name, account or PayPal details and amount we receive with your gift, for our accounts. Kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
• Website visits: your IP address, which our hosting provider needs to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use no analytics.

Legal basis: for sign-ups, steps you ask us to take before a trip; for messages and website security, our legitimate interest in answering you and running a safe site; for donation records, our legal obligation. Name and email are needed for us to reply; everything else is optional.

Under-18s can sign up for a trip only with permission from a parent or guardian, whom we contact before anything is arranged.

We never sell your data. Service providers for hosting, our database, email and payments handle it for us, only to do that job. Some are based outside the EU; those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The video on our mission page connects to YouTube only when you press play.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email info@jesusrevivalgo.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We use no tracking or analytics cookies. Your browser only stores whether you have closed our cookie notice.
